We offer free standard shipping on all orders $50 and over.

Same Day Dispatch

Orders placed before 1:00 pm will be dispatched the same day at no extra cost.

All orders placed after 1:00 pm will be dispatched the next day.

Shipping Times

1-3 Days EXPRESS Shipping. We offer a low rate Express Shipping service through the Uppercut Deluxe online store.

Standard Shipping

Standard shipping times vary depending on your location within Australia. Please see the map below for standard shipping times. To ensure your delivery is received as quickly as possible, we recommend supplying a business address to receive the goods.

Please ensure your delivery address is correct. Once your products are on their way, we are unable to redirect your order.

We work closely with our shipping partner (Australia Post) to minimize delivery delays.

Change of Address

You are responsible for inspecting the goods for fault, damage, or defect, and for notifying us within 24 hours upon receiving the goods should there be a fault, damage, or defect.

UNITED STATES

Uppercut Deluxe will ship all orders within 24 hours of the order being placed. Orders with an expedited shipping option placed before 1pm Pacific Standard Time will be dispatched the same day. We don’t ship on weekends or holidays.

Orders placed after 1:00pm, PST will begin processing the following business day.

  • Fed Ex Overnight Shipping (Next day delivery. Orders placed before 1pm PST only)
  • Fed Ex 2 Day Shipping (2 business days. Orders placed before 1pm PST only)
  • Fed Ex 3 Day Shipping (3 business days. Orders placed before 1pm PST only)

International Customs Charges

Some orders may incur a customs or import duty charge. We do not have any control over these charges or are unable to advise what they will be, as it is based on your own country’s regulations and compliances. For further information, please contact your local customs office. All charges are to be paid by the customer on delivery of order. Orders cannot be returned to sender and we will never pay these customs charges on your behalf.

If you refuse to pay these charges your parcel may be abandoned, and we will not be held responsible for any loss of funds as a result. We cannot mark international orders as a “gift” in order to bypass or reduce any customs fees.

Delivery to the UK will be via DPD – Once your order has been shipped you will be sent an email confirming the tracking number, you can use that number to track your order via the DPD website: dpd.com
UK Domestic orders will be processed and dispatched on the next business day.

To avoid problems with your delivery please ensure your shipping address is correct prior to confirming your order. Correct telephone numbers, email address and any helpful information such as gate codes will help us to deliver your order on time.
